"Great place to stay if you enjoy paying less money and still sleeping well. Inexpensive, clean, quiet, and ridiculously convenient—just a short two-block stroll to the downtown strip for shopping and restaurants (close enough to walk, far enough to avoid the noise). Only 2.5 miles down a local road to Butternut ski mountain, so you’ll be on the slopes before your coffee fully kicks in. CVS shares the same parking lot, which is perfect in case you forget toothpaste, sunscreen, or your dignity. Most importantly—and let’s be honest, this matters—a beer, wine, liquor, and cheese shop is only one mile down the road. Priorities are clearly respected here. Rooms are clean, beds are super comfortable, and the décor politely reminds you that time exists. Free breakfast is solid but not life-changing: eggs, toast, sausage, waffles, yogurt, coffee, fruit—everything you need to function, nothing you’ll write poetry about. Bathroom fans are loud, but they drown out the 1 time per day freight train in the back yard, so net positive. Overall, a great stay, and for the cheap nightly price, it’s basically unbeatable unless you’re expecting chandeliers and a personal butler. Enjoy! "

"The staff were very nice, the room was clean and generally pleasant. the beds were not bad. They provide a continental-style breakfast, which is something. They are also dog-friendly! And there is a wonderful Indian restaurant that is adjacent to the hotel, and it is good! The only negative was a bit of mold, presumably causing some sinus issues, but that is to be expected in a hotel right on a lake like this. Otherwise, we would certainly stay there again."

"The room was clean and neat however, there were a few little things that needed to be checked before assigning someone to the room. For example, I asked for an extra blanket they handed me a blanket that had a red circle dot on it, the phone wasn’t working, the table and chair were ripped, and it looked discussing. Furthermore, there was a row in the double door which I had not requested upon making my reservation. Expedia charged me $200 for the night which is overpaid therefore someone should be able to check the room to make sure everything is up to the good standard. You treat people the same way you want others to treat you."

"The motel is located not far from what you need. We went to the Lee Outlets and it was 18 minutes. The condition was a little dated but clean and the bed was comfortable and thats very important for us ! The woman who welcomed us was very kind and friendly ! Besides it being outdated i love being able to park right outside your door instead of having to bring all of your things inside through the lobby and up an elevator or stairs !I would stay again 😁 I recommend staying if you dont mind it not being fancy ,the price was reasonable also. The main thing i like is that it is CLEAN ✔️"
