I had to wash using cold water in the sink and rely on wet wipes, which is not acceptable for paid accommodation. What made this worse was how it was handled. "I had a really disappointing experience with this hotel. I specifically requested a baby crib twice before arrival and was assured it would be ready in the room. When we got there, there was a crib—but no mattress. The crib literally had a metal bar at the bottom, making it completely unsafe and unusable for a baby to sleep in.
