"Another amazing stay in Melbourne. Location is fantastic. Easy access to Southern Cross Station and the free City Trams. Front reception and housekeeping staff are wonderful and the pool, gym and sauna facilities are great. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and the rooms were well appointed with a TV in each room. Our go to hotel whenever we are in Melbourne. Highly recommend. 10/10"

"The best thing about Climo is that they are transfers from the airport or exceptional. You get off the sky bus and call them. They come and pick you up. You have to get to the airport on time. They know what time you need to leave the restaurant is adequate."

"I understand the self check in and I love it's easy and efficient. I couldn't get to the motel before 6pm when reception closes. I rang to get the code etc and no one answered. I had to wait 20 minutes. It's not a big deal but maybe ask for an expected arrival time or if someone hasn't checked in by 6pm txt them the code and room number."
