"The property grounds were OK, the room was disgusting. Carpet was dirty and stained, small room, old dingy wallpaper, leaky tub with mold on ceiling and not enough outlets. We also encountered a cockroach in the room in the middle of the night. Overall the room was gross, I advised staff the next morning of the issues we encountered and the reason for our early check out, and they did everything they could to make. It right. While I appreciated their prompt response I would likely never stay...

"For the price of the room, they could do a lot better. Sofa was dirty, ripped curtains in the living room and floors were pretty dirty. The shower in the master room was draining very slow too.
There was an on site restaurant which was nice. There were also lake rentals that weee very convenient. Staff was nice.
It was ok. Most likely not returning."

"Not sure how to describe my disappointment with this property. Some faults were on me and some on the property. Very expensive and many added charges. I suppose it is normal for a “resort” in CA but the room was musty and had a few dead bugs and thus my disappointment. Also no elevators and we were on the 2 nd floor. We are seniors and that was inappropriate for us. We could have said something’s but the check in desk was about 1/4 mile away from where we were told to go our...
