This is no fault of the hotel; people are on holiday and naturally want to enjoy themselves. "This place is really special. The room design is elegant. The balcony overlooking the Venetian port is unbelievable - so beautiful. The host is super responsive and helpful with getting in and finding excellent places to eat and enjoy in Chania. They’ve thought of so many nice touches to make the stay top notch - coffee maker, chargers for mobile phones, a photo on the balcony for a fridge magnet, and more. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"As specified already when booking, there’s no parking at the hotel but there is one that is not far from the hotel at a convenient walking distance which is the one recommended by the hotel. When I arrived, I was able to find a parking there. We were thankful for this recommendation by the Hotel. "

"Excellent stay and amazing location. Parking is available at the plaza parking which is a shot walk away. Hotel is great. But not thing you need to be aware of is the hotel closes after 11pm so you may have to call them and let them know you need back into your room, only took a few moments. Nice daily breakfast included and roof top patio to use."

"Amazing location in old town. Very close to the shops and market but not on the centre of it. Quiet location. The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night. Highly recommend staying here. "Location was super convenient to the old port, but overall not too loud/busy. We could hear others in nearby rooms while we were in our room. Had a shared outdoor patio which I didn't realize, so we kept our blinds shut most of the time in case someone else came up the stairs to use the patio. The shower didn't have a shower curtain so we did find the bathroom got a little wet while showering...Not a lot of parking options. Had flip flops, beach bag and towels to use as needed which was nice and...
