"The description on the Expedia website should explain that the chose your room when you get there wasn’t as listed. We read that it would be a king bed or two queens. Upon check in, they informed us that for that they only had smoking rooms left and if we wanted a non smoking room we could upgrade for another $180 some dollars. That was the stated on the website and we never would have booked it if the smoking rooms were the only rooms available…. Under that rate. Also on the website there’s a picture of a spa, and a pool. Those all have to be under reservations only for an additional fee and the pool is only for adults. In the end, we were able to get it all worked out, but we shouldn’t have had to go through the hassle, but not knowing it was only smoking rooms."
