"I had a above expectations stay here. I have stayed at a few spots around Ventor, and this one stands out above the rest. When they say "breakfast included", it's usually a cereal bar or something. Not here! A huge cooked to order omelet, generous side of fruit salad, toast, potatoes, made fresh, fast and delivered with a smile no less! "Check in was a bear which may be the case regularly due to concerts or shows in the area. However, there are check-in machines that was helpful though the can take some patience but some staff were available to assist. Our room was in the Dennis tower that could use some upgrading. All areas of our room was clean and neat. However, there are no charging stations but plenty of outlets. It was only a one night stay so if there is another time, I’ll ask for a room in the new tower"

"We were a little disappointed with the noise at the pool. We understand you are remodeling but we were never told that. Not at check in or when we went to the actual pool. We wanted to go into the hot tub and realized you only had one available it was a little weird. Rooms were clean, food was good, staff was nice I just wish someone told us about the pool under construction"

"Had a corner room with balcony facing south and a window east so saw sunrise and sunset. Weather cooperated and Long Beach walks. Breakfast was fresh, bountiful and delicious. Waitstaff was attentive and pleasant. Would recommend this hotel without reservation "
