"Rooms looked out at broken hotel furniture and maintenance junk. We were not expecting a view but this was unacceptable to look at trash.. Ole restaurant is worst meal we have had on our trip. DO NOT eat there. It’s inedible. We left and went to grocery store for dinner. For such a “luxury” property they are missing some basics. Staff is helpful and pool and beach are great!"

We had an issue with the view from our room when we arrived but the manager (think her name was Tatyana) went out of her way to sort this out for us. The rooms were spotless - the towels were changed 2 or 3 times a day! The beach is a great addition to the amenities and the view there is spectacular. "Place was magnificent! Literally something from a dream. The room was huge and so clean. The staff were very attentive and helpful when needed. The pool was amazing and very easy to get seats at. Pool service was also magnificent. Overall didn't want to leave and can't wait to get back!!"

"This place needs serious renovation. We stayed in building B. On the plus side, the view was nice and the bed was confortable. However, the bathroom got flooded into the room as soon as we attempted to shower. The staff was helpful and they cleaned the room and gave us new towels. The access to the room was through an unkept driveway or many stairs. We had luggage and no one helped. "With the exception of the location and staff Luka and Belen, the stay was not what I expected. Immediately outside the front of the apartment was not attractive, there was a puddle of dirty water and a delivery for a local restaurant/hotel, there was no working TV, the electric went off twice and the WiFi had to be used from a nearby restaurant. Disappointing."
