"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful, willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are: 1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11 2. "The apartment itself is clean and in a great location. However, future guests should be aware of two important issues. First, there is no elevator, which made hauling two large suitcases up to the third floor a real workout; this definitely needs to be stated upfront in the listing description. Second, there was a persistent, strong odor coming from the bathroom that seemed structural (likely plumbing-related) rather than a cleanliness issue. It significantly impacted our stay. With those two...

"The room that I had was right next to the washroom which was very nice. The room was for the most part very bare bones, it had the bed table, two stools, coat rack, a table, a lamp, a water kettle, plates and utensils. The common area was decent with a fridge and a microwave. The fridge was divided up for each room so I could put my items in my drawer. Overall I was quite pleased with the accommodation and I would stay there again as the public transportation was also very convenient and near...

"It was a very nicely appointed apartment. Comfortable, with an excellent airconditioner, which was important, given the high temperatures. It was so close to the main square in Old Town Krakow. The only issue people need to be aware of is that there are two long sets of stairs to get to the apartment. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, it makes it hard. But overall, it was a great place to stay."

"Very nice space, and it also has a washer/dryer which is super helpful when on long trips, traveling light, or both. I felt safe and here as a safe female traveler - I pretty much walked everywhere and the old city is very cool. I really liked the location of the entrance, which is off the main road so if you’re fumbling and trying to figure things out for entrance it’s very forgiving and provides some grace as a traveler that’s new to the area. I would stay here again."
