"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are: 1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11 2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't...

"We stayed with two adults and two teenagers. Everything you need for a few nights. Clean, well equipped and above all close to the center of the city. Close to public transportation. Old town and Kazimierz district within easy walking distance. The only thing is that you should book the parking in advance. We would love to come back. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"Clean & spacious with nice balcony overlooking the park. Good bed linen & shower/towels. No air con but don’t need it as kept blinds closed & there was a large fan that we didn’t use, even though it was >30 degrees. Would recommend. Easy walking to all major attractions "

"Stayed here for Ironman 70.3 Krakow. Very peaceful and well located for the race. A great location overall, easy for airport, old town/jewish quarter and busses out of town. Right by the glorious river if you want to get some runs in. Good communication and cleanliness. Only downside was a lack of water pressure in the shower "

"This apartment is very luxurious. There was nothing it didnt have. Location was 10 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes to the Town Square. Being just away from the square meant it was nice amd quiet. The apartment was more like a 5 star apartment. Would definitely stay here again."
