"Wonderful hotel just 20mins from the John Paul II airport. The staff were exceptional, my room very clean and was cleaned daily . The breakfast was good and catered to my gluten free needs. The hotel is just a stone throw from a tram station and so it was easy to travel to the old town and back. There’s also a spa and sauna and pool!"

Algo que no nos gustó fue que la regadera no tenía puerta y salpicaba el agua en todo el baño así como no había espacio cómodo para poner tus artículos personales en el. El lugar está enfrente de un centro comercial y tiene muy buenos accesos al transporte público, puedes llegar a la plaza caminando en 10 minutos."

"Your right next door to a massive shopping centre which has a large supermarket & food court. Through the shopping centre is krakóws main train station, so getting to and from the airport is cheap and easy. The old town is just a short, easy walk away. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, if you need a taxi they will arrange this for you. The rooms are basic but kept spotlessly clean. Bed was comfy, shower was easy to use with plenty of hot water. TV channels aren't great, I only found 1...
