"The hotel shuttle from the airport only runs on the half past the hour and only runs hourly. Go downstairs to the taxi stand and catch a 'short trip' taxi. Cost us THB 300 (I think). Our shuttle to the airport was on time and we were pleased we booked this hotel for our super early morning flight. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was spacious with plenty of space to spread out. The pool area was perfect for an evening swim after a long day out. Not a lot of shade if you are staying near the pool during the day. Bed was comfortable, shower was great and wi-fi worked perfectly. There is a stop on the airport line nearby 'Lat Krabang' and a short taxi ride for about THB 70 to the hotel. Breakfast was not included and was a little expensive, but tasty. We only ate in the hotel our first morning."

"Clean hotel however it is a little far from Bangkok tourist activities. If thats what you're looking for then this hotel is for you. 30min from BKK and 30min to Siam. Very secure and safe location with 24hour guards at the lot entrances. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The pool seemed nice but we didn't use it. The fitness center and sauna complete the package. It is also located next to a busy freeway but not horribly loud however you know its there. A good value if you want to get out of the heart of Bangkok but still stay close enough."

"Great hotel, I stayed for 11 days and as each day pass, the staff was basically becoming a family to me. Great staff, rooms are spacey and huge for solo traveling, it’s about 25 minutes from BKK airport and Bangkok Hospital was a short 15-25 minute drive. It’s not the traffic you got to worry about it’s the damn traffic lights that are 3-5 minutes long that just drags on forever and if you get stuck at one, you get stuck at all of them. With that said, location of hotel was pretty decent. Everything you need is a short walk away, and the fun areas of bangkok are about a 30-40 minute drive. Thank you to the amazing staff and I can’t wait to go back."

"To begin I paid for a king size bed, they gave me a queen and did nothing to reimburse me for the cost. The beds had no hint of a cushion. It was like sleeping on a box spring, no mattress. The shower in the bathroom leaked, clogged, and stinky. There were ants crawling up the walls especially in the bathroom. I left the sign outside the door for the staff to clean, they folded the cover on the bed, we had to unfold and make the bed ready to sleep in, no face clothes, skimpy on toilet paper, and never once did they ever sweep the floor. I will never book this hotel again. Definitely not a good experience."
