"My overall experience was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was maintained well. Pool was huge!!! A lot of dining options nearby. Unfortunately, the TV wasn't working due to a signal issue. However, this isn't a complaint. I didn't fly around the world to watch TV, so perfectly fine with me. "I wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was stained, there was no hot water, the staff barely spoke to us and didn’t respond when I asked for help about the water. They didn’t give us the wifi password or any information when we arrived just pointed for us to follow them and led us to our room. The location did not feel safe at night, the street the hotel is located on is not a good one! We could hear strange noises from our hotel room throughout the night, which was on the 3rd floor fyi.
