"Wonderful staff and a very nice place. Good views of Mount Fuji and the outdoor private bathtub was great for soaking in some hot water. Check in is really easy (you'll need to use a translation app at times if you don't speak Japanese). For US Residents who aren't used to sleeping on the floor on just a futon mat or 2, you may be a bit stiff waking up. "A wonderful blend of modern comfort and traditional bedding experience. Absolutely loved this place, with a spacious cozy clean apartment all to ourselves with heated floors, beautiful Mt. Fuji views, and the lake just a short 2-minute walk away. Warm hospitality throughout thanks to everyone who works there, absolutely amazing and if only we had stayed bit longer with better weather! They also upgraded our room to a 1 whole house to ourselves, very clean and fully furnished. If you want a quieter and relaxing area with a great view of Mt Fuji, this is the one!"
