"The staff was very nice and helpful. They can speak English. Even if they don't they use a translator. The room was very clean and they leave out fresh towels and bottled water if you didn't want your room cleaned out for the day. Although the bed and pillows are hard, but I think that goes for all the hotels in Japan. The location was good as well, only like 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants, train station and other stores. I would stay here again in the future."

"Excellent front desk. Bed is advertised as double but turns out about the same as queen bed. Bed and pillow is on the hard side. Bare amenities but it works because it is 4 mins from Sensoji temple and shops."
