"As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. "Great hotel for a great price - the sacrifice is being further away from the main areas in Tokyo. However getting to Shibuya is easy and the surrounding area actually has a lot to experience. Hotel was beautiful, great views of the city from our room. The elevator set up is a bit annoying though as you have to take two seperate ones from enterance to get to your room."
