The property and location itself is good. The only downside is the drain in the shower. On my first night stay my room doesn’t have air condition, no Wi-Fi, no hot water, they gave me a folding bed and when I complained to the front desk, they told me it’s because I checked in late. (Stupid excuses). On my day 2 they transferred me to a decent room. On days 5 of my stay it was a decent room but very weak Wi-Fi. Hotel employees are friendly and has 24 hours security."

Many amenities in the surrounding area -from restaurants, shopping and cinemas. Good hotel experience with a good rooftop pool. Good air conditioned rooms. Could have offered better shampoo/conditioner products though. "
