Less than 5 minutes walking distance from the Mishima south exit (Although Shinkansen exit is north exit). There are many options for dinning in this area and Lawson and family mart are near by. "

"The rooms are small, and my room had weird stains on the ceiling and walls. I think the building was old and had been converted into a hotel, which would explain the stains and the old-looking carpet.
