Location near the Gatheria was great, and connections from Kiba on the Tozai line were easy enough. The room was smoking which was disappointing, but it was really only noticeable on room entry. At least the view was interesting enough. It would've been nice to have known earlier (I booked months in advance so it's not unreasonable for...

"being so close to tcat was a super plus for us. Also the Suitengu mae station being below the tcat made it easy to get around tokyo ans nearby prefectures. The hotel was excellent, only the elevator is a bit small but manageable."
