"The location was convenient. Some restaurants were nearby, one being the best ramen I had. There was a 711 about 2-3 minutes away. The station was about 5 mins away. Was convenient for going to Fushimi Inari and Gion. The Kyoto Station was about 10 minutes away which was fine since we only went twice--once when we came and the second when we left. Now for the hotel itself, it was clean and quiet. Too quiet to my liking. I had the suite on the 7th floor. It's big for a family of 7. My issue was...

"Very nice hotel with friendly staff and super clean rooms. The price it’s amazing for the room size, other hotels for this prices were much smaller in Tokyo and Osaka. My room had two beds which is always useful to avoid any issues over sleep. Room had very great space, balcony, good sized closet, a table for two, TV, bathroom with private toilet, full shower and tub and full equipped lavatory. It also has a good sized counter to put stuff on and it also converted to a sink by lifting the top...

"The in house lounge wear (t-shirt and pants) was a little odd, most Japan hotels provide kimono style robes! Twin beds’ room style seemed big, but there’s not enough space for 2 regular size suit cases since the bed frame is low to the floor! Luckily did not purchase breakfast, the only restaurant is small and always overcrowded with tours! Don’t think anyone will enjoy a relax breakfast! "
