"The place needs a huge renovation from the front door all the way to the closet, we tried to enjoy the pool in the room , I slipped on the loose tile, the pool had some many cracks in it. The room smells of old burning wood so the fire pms e probably hasn’t been cleaned in years. While in the pool bugs were crawling around. The internet service didn’t work had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with a Tec outside of the hotel who was able to get us connected. A few hours after being in the room we noticed that the internet went down again, we could not make any calls or receive any calls, tried to restart phones and followed the instructions given by the tech earlier in the evening, still didn’t work- our phones was reading SOS so my husband said oh it’s time to go. We didn’t even down the night we checked out a little before 12 am and headed back home 2.5 hours away from the hotel. Very unfortunately situation and very disappointed especially with the rates they charge to stay I the Champagne Towers!"
