"Excellent breakfast even for vegans. Clean facilities, super helpful staff, Close to Kusatsu station. The room was small for two people and lacked some ease of life facilities (place to hang wet towels, AC took some time to get going, tub had only a hand shower)"

"Breakfast was good. The restaurant were very expensive. The downside there's no pool or sun loungers to enjoy the sun when it came out. It rained heavily everyday. June or July not a good time to visit. Nothing to do at the hotel. We went out every day in the rain too. Visited the Imperial palace and Samurai Museum. Trains were cheap and easy to use. Eating out was cheaper too be careful of Tsujiya groove cafe they charge 400 yen each just to sit in there. Food wasn't good just across the road...

"Great hotel opposite Kyoto Station so very handy. Room was spacious which is unusual in Japan. Had a laundry room which was only ¥600 to use although we had to hang up clothes in room as it didn't dry them completely. Loads of good restaurants nearby in station (who would have thought) as well as combinis. Several shopping malls close by as well. Overall a good hotel and one I'd stay at again."

"The hotel is located near a Starbucks, a small mall, a Starbucks and a train station. It might not be the station you need, so look into where you are likely to visit to make sure this location is right for you. The rooms were a nice size. The shower was amazing. I don't know that I've ever written a positive review about a shower before, but this one deserves a 5star shower review. If the location works for your plans, I highly recommend this hotel. One plus is that there is a small area...

"Traveling with my kids and our stay was great. Like the location of this hotel, it’s just 7 minutes away from the Kyoto Station. The breakfast buffet is very nice. They also have complementary afternoon tea and snack. My kids also enjoyed the free craft event. I would like to stay at this hotel again."
