"I like the property. Pool is amazing BUT if you want to relax this is not the place. Teenagers playing polo at the kids pool, throwing the ball everywhere and the staff didn’t say anything. They did hit me three times with the ball and I didn’t say anything because I don’t like drama and I moved far from them. I understand that they are kids but they need to respect the others so, if you want to spend relax time in a resort in this incredible paradise that is Bali this is NOT the place"

"Spotlessly clean, wonderful staff, friendly and relaxed environment for kids We loved our stay here, staff were so helpful and facilities are kept spotlessly clean , only downside was it was the last leg of our month away , nice and close to airport with free shuttle bus , would recommend highly"

"Overall a brilliant stay. The spa was closed and there isn't a gym, but aside from that all is super. Great pools and breakfast, very helpful staff. Any issues resolved quickly WiFi a tad dodgy at times depending on location in the gardens"

"I did not like the pool. The steps were very slippery, I use a walker and was to frightened to go into it after the first try. This could be the only reason I might not return to your hotel in March. Otherwise everything was great"

"Solo traveler here. The check in was smooth. The place is like a maze. Room was clean and nice. Shower is weak. The shampoo and body wash bottles were full, but the pump was broken, and since the whole thing is mounted on the wall, couldn't try to pour some out to use. Thank goodness I packed my own travel size shampoo/conditioner, had to stretch them out to last the stay. Breakfast was cheap and had some good choices."
