"Disappoint experienced ..2 nights stayed in hot room. AC not working technician can't solves the problem, No towel in the room, no bath mat. They apologize when we check out, but that's can't replace the time and money we wasted for this kind experience."

"I had a great week at Porter hotel. The best part of the hotel is the staff, they’re all so friendly, helpful and make the stay extra special. The room was cleaned every day and had everything I needed. The food at the hotel is really good, in fact I think the best meals I had on my trip were at the hotel. If one criticism I would say the immense amount of noise from the building site Nextdoor made it too noisy to be at the hotel during the day which was unfortunate and a bit disappointing. I...

"This is the best place to stay in Kuta Lombok. The suites are very spacious with two separate bathrooms on the two bedroom suite. Everything is modern and brand new. It turned out we were the first guests of our suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Full size kitchen with refrigerator, oven, pans, plates and utensils. Filtered water dispenser with a cold/normal/hot options is provided. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay."

"The villa is part of a group of villas. It's extremely well located in Kuta town. Still quiet location of the main strip of busy restaurants. Minutes to the beach. We used the mini pool everyday, multiple times as it was a great way to cool off. Great designed property architecture wise and the interior design is very well thought through. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious and would recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautiful, and the modern design creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of room to unpack your backpack and organize your belongings. We also appreciated the small hairdryer that was provided.
