"A one night stay after landing very late at night. Great check in, room service at 1am (delicious Soto Ayam) and a comprehensive buffet breakfast. Nice room, good size..overall a very good experience."

"At check in Edwin was helpful with our room choice so thank you for that. The room was same as previous stays, the bed is not a soft one but ok. Cleaned always the staff are friendly. The breakfast choices were same most days and tasty. Amenities were good for families and couples. Buffet was tasty choices, and the dancers were engaging with youngsters which was nice."

"The rooms were clean and well presented. The bathroom doors were not the easiest to open and caused a few issues for my daughter. The rooms are smaller than some rooms at other hotels we stayed in, but we did have a 2x queen bed room. The outdoor pool area was good, however I feel the pool bar is in need of a facelift. I personally wouldn’t come back, but thats mainly due to the area. Kuta was extremely busy and too much, I prefer the quieter areas. "

"This resort was fantastic for kids. The staff in kids club were excellent and had the kids entertained all day! The actual resort was nice, the room was slightly smaller than we were expecting being the family room. The pools and different areas were excellent. Lots of variety and choice. The restaurants I found average. Good for kids but not a lot of variety for the adults. Easy enough to step outside and find somewhere else though. The staff were so lovely! "
