My personal experience was good. The only issue, I didn't experience myself. I smoke, so when I woke up I went down to the smoking area at around 6AM. In the smoking area I encountered a young man from Korea, I'm from the US and do not speak Korean, his English was very good. The issue was that he had left his room card in his room and there was no one at the desk. When I went back to the smoking area again at 07:30, he was still there and still no one at the desk and he told me he could not reach anyone by phone. When I left for the day at 08:30, there was someone at the desk and he was gone. Possibly this was an isolated incident, but 24 hour desk service would be helpful. My own experience was very good. Very clean. Bus stop right across the street and a short walk to the train station and restaurants.
