The cleanliness was on point, and having a washer and dryer in the room was a great convenience. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby train stations. The only downside was that the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay, but the beds could definitely be improved.

I wish there is someone available physically at the property for easy check in rather than doing it online. Sometimes it may be challenging for some people to do this. I also wish there is a little bigger waiting room and a coffee machine where we can serve it which can be easy instead of grinding it and making the coffee which is very time consuming.

ビジネス利用しましたが失敗でした。外国人観光客向けの素泊まりホテルと理解した方が良いと思います。デスクなし、照明暗め。問題は、アメニティーに乏しいことです。部屋着も600円でレンタル。それ自体は問題ないが、オートチェックインのためスタッフがロビーにいないこともあり、あまり快適ではなかった

They had a laundry machinen though it only accepts 100 yen coins. The room was clean and they have luggage storage when you come earlier

The room was spacious and very well designed. There were two bathrooms which was such a bonus. The room was very clean and esthetically pleasing. The washer/dryer combo was very convenient and much appreciated. There was someone onsite during check in to help with the process. I would stay here again.

Todo bastante bien ya que las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Quizá olía algo a tabaco pero cuando pasaban 5 minutos te acostumbrabas. No te cambian las toallas y alguna vez cuando bajaba a pedirlas no había nadie en recepción. Eso fue lo único que no me gustó tanto En general muy bien, alguna mejora haría pero es un buen precio para el hotel que es con sus cosas buenas y malas.

1室最大7名の部屋に宿泊した。 チェックインは事前に現地タブレットで済ませるタイプで、基本的には無人。ITになれない人は少し戸惑うかもしれない。その分深夜の出入りに気を使わないで済む。 ベッド2台、自分でセットする布団が3組、ソファベッド2台。ただし、ソファベッドは座るようで特別広いわけではない 素泊まりで宿泊するにしてもコストパフォーマンスが良すぎたため多少汚いことを覚悟していたが、非常に清潔で過ごしやすく、正直驚いた。 大通りの前ながら部屋自体はとても静かだったこともプラスポイント。 トイレが2つあり、1つは個室、1つは洗面所とつながっている。大人数でも困ることがないのはとても良い。ドラム式洗濯機が完備されていて長期滞在にも強い。 シャワーは手持ちシャワーがRefaで、欧米でよくみる天井近くから真下に落ちるタイプ（オーバーヘッドシャワー）との切り替え式になっていた。 欠点を挙げるとしたら鍋はあるけれど蓋がない、炊飯器はないのでお米炊けなかったことくらいか。 プラスチックの廃棄対応として歯ブラシ等は一切ないが、近くにコンビニがあるので特に困らない。 四条大宮という京都観光にはどの方面にもアクセスしやすい位置にあるのもおすすめできる。 次回もここに滞在しようと思えるレベルで満足度は高かった。

Grocery store is just one block away and 5 min walk to the nearest train / bus station. Daiso is nearby and there are several convenient stores close to the hotel.

Initially when we first saw the place it was aesthetically perfect but a bit on the small size. Once we actually got settled in that’s when all the problems and issues started to arise. First off, the reason we chose the place was for the washer/dryer in the room but unfortunately the dryer never worked properly. The wash and drying would take hours and it never dried the clothes but left it semi wet no matter how long we tried to dry them. Basically useless, the air conditioner kept dripping condensation water on to the tatami floor along with the carpets and made the whole place smell of VERY nasty foot odor like smell. It was hard to bear. The sensor light near the bathroom area would turn the lights on so bright that in the middle of the night it would wake everyone up from the glaring lights. We couldn’t even turn them off even if we wanted to. The pillows were made of some sort of beads inside and was so hard that it was giving everyone terrible headaches. Bottom line, if you want something pretty then this hotel works, if you want actual restful sleep then you are out of luck.

Staff in reception very unprofessional. We checked in with assistance of virtual staff and received our code for our stay of 3 nights. Staff said everything was ok and never mentioned needing to pay anything extra. That same night, AT MIDNIGHT, we are waken up by a young receptionist knocking repeatedly on our door. We woke up very confused, disoriented and a little scared, since it´s very rare to be waken up in the middle of the night at a hotel. A young receptionist informed us that we needed to pay the taxes for our night. I literally couldn´t believe it. We checked in in the morning, the staff that assisted us with check in didn´t say anything. They had all day to let us know, we went in and out of the hotel several times. We were staying two more nights so they could have definitely charged us the next morning. It felt like total disrespect and a complete violation of our privacy. Next morning we needed to wake up early and we had a very poor sleep that night because of this confusing and distressful situation that made it hard to fall asleep again. We stayed 2 more nights in Kyoto and decided to change hotels since we thought that what happened was completely unacceptable. Main thing I ask from a hotel is some privacy and to be able to sleep. Those were the things that this place didn´t provide. Facility was okey, clean and small like any other business hotel. Water and coffee were "provided" in reception but water was always empty and coffee supplies always dirty.

Not sure why I got charged for taxes when I arrived, but I thought I had paid all upfront. Did not have the same charge in our previous hotel. The check-in process could have been easier. Had an issue that the system did not accept my phone number from overseas, so we had to do manual check-in. Front staff did not speak English, so if you do not speak Japanese, it could be an extra barrier. Room was smeling cigarrete smoke. The shower clogged in the last day. Besides the above, we enjoyed our stay with 7 people in 1 room, and 1 and 1/2 bath available. Location is close to a train station and with several restaurants and convenience stores around.
