"We had a wonderful stay at Cross Hotel Kyoto. The room was smaller than some of the other hotels we stayed at during our Japan trip, but it was well designed and comfortably accommodated our family of three with one child.
The hotel was spotless, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. We also loved the relaxing fragrance in the lobby, it created a calm and inviting atmosphere every time we returned.
The location is excellent, with both subway and bus stops just a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to explore Kyoto. We also appreciated the luggage forwarding service available at the lobby, which made traveling to our next destination in Japan incredibly convenient.
The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of our stay. It featured an impressive variety of Japanese and Western dishes, all beautifully prepared with excellent quality. It felt refined and offered plenty of delicious choices each morning.
Overall, Cross Hotel Kyoto provided outstanding service, a great location, and a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto."
