Hotel is clean, has everything you need, shower was really spacious better than other hotels, feels new. Overall on my trip to japan this was the best hotel i stay in. "Truly loved our home base in Kyoto. Staff was so helpful and patient. The 2 twin bed room was perfect for my son and I. Comfortable beds on the firmer end. The shower and water pressure were heavenly. The restaurant was delicious particularly for dinner and the bar a perfect stop after a long day. They handled shipping our luggage easily. Really enjoyed our stay. Can't think of a negative thing to say except maybe install more wall hooks in the room to hang clothes and a laundry service would be...
