"Loved the size of the room for a family of 4 with two children. The size is the biggest I’ve ever stayed in in Japan. Having the toilet in a separate room than the shower & sinks was also very convenient. Also, the bathroom also has double sinks! Having insuite laundry also meant we were able to pack light and conveniently do our laundry in the evening. Overall loved this hotel and would stay here again!"

"The room I got was very good for the price. It was perfectly clean and had all the amenities I wanted plus some extras, like they provided detergent for the washing machine. The location is nice (1 block away from a subway station) and the staff are efficient. The only thing I disliked is that they want you to leave your keys with the front desk whenever you leave the hotel, which is strange and could cause problems, but thankfully I avoided any such problems."

"The room smells like it has a bad drainage system. Once we enter the room and it smells like the toilet has been backed up. The fabric spray provided was useless. Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "
