"a cancelled and delayed flight from DFW had us looking in am for a hotel for a needed rest /nap and a tv/lounge for a drink and to watch a world cup soccer game. i called and received outstanding service from staff at Aloft. they allowed early check in and opened lobby bar early for the game- even had some great food for the kitchen. manager Enrique Torres personally took care of us opening the lounge and kitchen early. and a free shuttle to from airport as well- and super comfortable...

"Easy and fast trip to the airport"

"Walked in the room to find it hot, AC not working, and two portable units and a box fan left to keep it cool but not enough. This was for a living room space and two bedrooms. The front desk rep blamed it on Expedia, but I found out with Expedia that they should have pulled the room from the portal if it was not in good condition. While at the front desk, he was unhelpful and unsupportive. I saw a paper on the desk with a printed chart of 10 rooms without AC and it indicated which had box fans...

"The first room had potato chip crumbs left from previous person all in the couch. The second room had rust stains all over the pull out couch mattress and the mattress was terrible. Breakfast was decent, staff was ok but not very welcoming. The pool was also terrible. The water was nasty and algae was along the walls."

"The property was clean and the room was like a mini apartment which I was surprised. Real spacious. The complimentary breakfast was a plus. The gym was new and I loved it . I give them 5 stars all across the board."
