I was disappointed this time when I arrived that the room I reserved was unavailable and I had to sleep on a pull out bed with no accessible bathroom for my elderly mother. While the manager was apologetic, it was disappointing to not get the room I paid for."

"Our sink wouldn’t drain. It took them 2 days to fix it. Very poor hotel security, as dozens of cars had their windows smashed and were broken into one morning. Good proximity to Easton Town Center and the airport. They did have a room with a handicapped accessible tub, which I needed and was quite helpful after some surgery I had."

"I didn't like the fact that I had to wash my clothes with a credit card was the only way that I could pay it and the machines were noisy and loud. I don't consider them well maintained. As far as the room it was an older room. It was clean. I did not like the fact that 3 nights in a row that the cars got broken into windows smashed out. That makes me very nervous with my vehicle.\nThe staff was some of the best I've been around.Thank you for the staff service"
