"Room was good size for longer stay, most of the staff were friendly. No information in the room re services provided, including ie room service, breakfast . Very quite room which was requested. Location was excellent to the Promonade. This hotel could be 5 stars 🌟 with a bit of additional effort & adding some extras in the room and as location is fabulous and so is the building."

"Fantastic location, easy check in/out, clean, and nice renovated room. A great place to base yourself in Nice with easy access to Nice train station, the Promenade, restaurants, and the Old Town. Very reasonably priced for my stay too."

"No ventilation or AC working. It was turned off. However with sun exposure during the day it got very warm in the room. Listing indicated AC was available. Good location. Price point is a little high for this hotel. Elevator needs upgrade. Long wait times. Staff are very nice. "

We did not care as much as others might because we had a back up personal service that kept us connected. "The location was super convenient in terms of proximity to the station, restaurants and a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was of a good size and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaints were: The room we had was right near the sign for the hotel and the blinds weren’t easy to block to the light out. The room/floor appeared to have a plumbing issue.
