"The ambiance of the property and hotel is lovely. We were a bit put off at arriving an 1 1/2 early and being told without even asking what our names were or what room that it was not ready. We would have preferred them saying they don’t allow early access or charges us a pro rated amount for the room. The restaurant is very good and our waiter was wonderful. Outside of the initial interaction with the front desk, the time was wonderful "

"I'll start by saying this was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in the poconos area. The place was spotless. They even dust the tops of the picture frames,mirrors,etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There hot tub room actually worked. I couldn't believe it.
