"Upon obtaining our room key cards, we encountered an issue with their functionality. It took approximately 30 minutes to obtain a replacement set, which unfortunately also failed. (Paramount, YOUTUBE, Disney, HULU, etc) I also did not like getting hit with some local fees, taxes and local donations that were not already covered in my reservation with Expedia.
