"We stay in about 20 hotel rooms a year. This was the worst bed I've had in a hotel room since I stayed at a Sleep Inn in Harrisburg in 2005. My wife thought that perhaps the mattress had been folded in half and stored somewhere for a period of time. When you got on the bed, the valley effect in the middle pulled you into it. My wife said she had had beds at summer camp that were stiffer than that mattress. I wonder whether our room was actually supposed to be a guest room. The hotel room...

"Nice clean place the price was decent for NYC pricing. Being in the Bronx not the greatest but we came to help our daughter move. The not so great is very limited parking. Closest garage was four or five blocks away. There was no blow dryer in the room. I read other reviews about this, so I brought my own!"

"If you ask for early checking in at 1 p.m. instead of 4, and you pay the $75+ fee, you will most likely still wait an additional 40-50 minutes to get in even though they ask you what time you would be there."

"Parking was easy the hotel is so close to the GW bridge made commuting to the city super easy! The rooms were clean, spacious and welcoming!"

"Prison cell sized rooms at full Hilton prices. Not kidding, the rooms are so small you can't walk past the bed without turning sideways. The sink is in the hall, not the bathroom. No place to store anything. There's no place to put your luggage. The neighboorhood is sketchy, bums sleeping on the sidewalks. Don't go out after dark. Most mornings the hot water runs out. This is the closest hotel to the Universities, but still would be better to take a car/subway from further south."
