HVAC unit in room very loud. Room service not very efficient; one day we waited until almost 4:30pm and another day until 6pm to have room serviced."

"Palm Tree Club Miami is a nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay there. Great location, easy to get to. Nice pool, fantastic view from our balcony room overlooking Biscayne Bay. Only negatives were the check-in process, which was taking ~ 8 minutes per guest and there were 7 guests in front of us. Took about an hour to get checked in, but the lobby area is nice. Restaurant was very average and expensive, and ridiculously charged a "venue fee" on top of all other charges...and there was nothing going on! Parking costs extra as well...about $45 per night."
