"Didnt had chance to use it."

"So much to say: first off there was no indication from Expedia that this hotel was located on the 4th floor of a hospital! You have to pay for parking per hour. Our room had only 3 bath towels (we had a family of 5, with room accommodating up to 6 people). When the water wouldn’t get cold to fill our water bottles we went to the fountain and it was out of service. We went to the ice machine and it wasn’t working. Went to raise the blinks when we arrived and a big metal thing landed on my hand....

"Cristobal was incredibly accommodating of an unexpected additional night and also very helpful in making recommendations for how to enjoy the city. The room was quiet and safe, the ac was cool, bed and shower adequate, and the rooftop terrace was a welcome outdoor space for relaxing. Very conveniently located, in an enjoyable neighborhood, and parking was only a slight challenge on Saturday night. "

"The description of the room they assigned me was misleading. It was an extremely small room to the point that the bathroom door was difficult to be closed after entering. A sink that is good for touch up room or toilet but not a bathroom. It also has been not communicated that the room is windowless. Cleanliness was borderline. The smell was stuffy. The only upbeat was the very friendly person at the reception. It was a one time not to be repeated experience. I do not recommend this place."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I was here overnight before a cruise out of the port. The staff was friendly and attentive as soon as I arrived. It’s keyless entry to each unit. There were no issues with it at all. The unit was very clean. It was super convenient to have a kitchen area with proper plates, utensils, glasses, etc. Although the bathroom was clean and spacious, there wasn’t anywhere to place bath items. "The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also. Great/cute mini fridge that is bigger than most. A freeze that actually freezes things..left a big water bottle half full & and another too, forgot about them & when I opened it they were completely...

"Upon check in, no electricity/no power.I asked when will the power be back on, I was expecting some kind of backup generator to turn on the power, but the Hotel attendant said there is no expected time of when the power would return. I was not offered a refund or any accommodations and I was expected to just wait until the power comes back on. The hotel is not suitable for any one to stay under these conditions and its clear the hotel barely cares to help the customers. They just want money....
