"They have 24hr room service (we didn’t use but I thought was nice) the room they gave us when we got there smelled like smoke. Let them know and they moved us no problem. Very nice place and wonderful friendly staff."

"We checked in and our first room was visibly dirty. I asked for housekeeping to come address the issues and was informed that housekeeping was not available until the following morning. I asked for a new room and was given one, but it was only slightly better than the first. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves. All of the touch points were very dirty and grimy. I discussed with the staff who were apologetic and they did try to fix the specific items I listed. I...

"This place is trashy and run-down. We were there 4 days and housekeeping didn’t come in to our room any of those days, even though we took the DND sign off and made sure to be out of the room early enough. So we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper every night at the front desk. The last night we were there, there was some kind of youth group staying in the hotel and it was LOUD. The lobby was loud, the hallways were loud. Don’t stay here!"

"The place has been painted on the outside and that is about it. The sign is blown off so if it wasn’t for the signs at the main road you wouldn’t know where it was. We didn’t stay for breakfast but it had a bit of everything. The room was clean. Just very old. Smelled bad. Staff at check in and out was very nice."

Pool was gross, Very cloudy water, standing in 3ft section of pool - couldn't see foot at the bottom, pee smell in pool room, pool floor was dirty, feeling sick after in pool. Staff wasn't very nice when checking in, (Morgan) seemed like we were wasting her time. Checking out was okay, lady was nice. Lots of parking lot parties. Was worried our vehicle was going to get hit with fire works or fire crackers or booze cans, etc."

"The first room they checked me into had very sticky floors, smudged, refrigerator, and dishwasher and a dirty interior of the refrigerator. The room just felt dirty. I was then switched to another room, which was much better but had a dresser that drawers hung out and wouldn’t close and broken hangers in the closet and a partially sticky floor. Much different than the first time I was there back in April. It’s a very nice property and they allow dogs so that’s A Plus, but I was disappointed in...

"Needs a lot of updating. Our shower had duct tape in it to cover cracks. The bathroom door didn’t close as it was warped. Tub was not clean. On the bright side the bed was super comfortable."
