"We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The place is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly calm – ideal for relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality. The host was incredibly welcoming and gave us plenty of helpful tips to explore the region, as well as great recommendations for good places to eat. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the front desk staff were so helpful and nice, the breakfast was yummy and more than anything it was super affordable. If you want easy and comfortable accommodations overlooking the beach you won't be disappointed."

"I booked 3 rooms in the same category and price point, 2 rooms were what we were expecting and my room was about half the size of the other two rooms. It stunk like an ashtray and when we went to use the shower, it didn't drain and flooded the bathroom. We were told that the maintenance person had left for the day. (It was around 6pm) There was no follow up, no offer for a different room. Just had to stay in a room that smelled like cigarettes and had an unusable shower. Terrible."

"3人部屋で予約してましたが、夜になってもソファーベッドがベッドメイクされてませんでした。フロントにお願いしたところ、担当者が勤務外とのことでフロントのおじさまが対応してくれました。また、フロントのミドルエイジの女性の対応が日本に比べてクールでした。フランスではそれがスタンダードなのかもしれませんが。 それ以外は素晴らしい滞在でした。海が見える部屋にしていただいたので、いつでも美しい海がみえて朝、夕方と色合いが異なる海の景色を楽しみました。部屋は3人で滞在しても余裕があり、清潔で快適でした。 外はすぐにプロムナードデアングレなのでお散歩も気持ち良いし、旧市街にも近く大変便利でした。 またアメニティのNUXEも香りも使い心地も良かったです。 朝食はつけなかったのでわかりません。近くに美味しいパン屋さんがあり朝買ってきて部屋で食べました。 ニースの海が見える部屋というだけで、滞在満足度が大幅上昇しました。またニースにいける機会があればぜひ滞在したいです。"

There is no real bathroom….You walk in and there is a random sink and shower in your sleeping area. There is no room to even place a bar of soap. Expedia, how do you allow these bookings on your website? Our sink smelled of sewer for the first two nights. No compensation and the last two nights the family above us ran around like animals until after midnight. I...

Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion.
