"La Villa Promenade was the perfect location to stay for our time in Nice. Convenient access to the airport by tram, and train to Monaco as well. Literally a block from the beach, they provided towels as well. Near many beach clubs and the main streets with a ton of cafés, shops, restaurants. It was on a street that was quiet though, and felt very safe. Walking distance from Old Town Nice, and very accessible e-bikes as well. The room was very spacious and we had an ocean view. "Das war das schlechteste Hotel was wir bis jetzt hatten. !! Verdient meine Meinung nach keine 4 Sterne. Gebucht haben wir Superior Doppelbett Zimmer, bekommen haben wir ein Single Zimmer. Auch nach Konfrontation mit dem Hotel Personal, kein Entgegenkommen. Außer ein Bett passte nichts mehr in dieses Raum, wenn eine Person sich im Zimmer bewegte, musste die andere auf dem Bett liegen bleiben, so winzig klein war dieser Zimmer. Was Sauberkeit angeht, muss deutlich nachgebessert werden. Wir waren 7...

"Helpful staff at reception. Great location, only a short walk from the train station and tram station. Plus there is a supermarket next door. The room is bright and modern. The bed and pillows are comfortable. However the bathroom is poorly designed. The toilet is in a separate room from the sink and shower. Also, the shower leaks out into the bathroom. Rooms ending in 01 are smaller."

"Hotel is near to the train station so very convenient if travelling by train. Whilst the room we had was small, it was clean and modern. The AC was cold which is great for warmer days. The hotel offered free water dispensers which is great for filling up your water bottles, saving us from having to buy plastic water bottles which is great for the environment. Staff was very friendly. Also loved the smell of jasmine whenever we approached the hotel. "
