"The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway."

"Secrets Lanzarote is a lovely hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of sun beds and places to sit in the sun. Lovely food - even the buffet option. Drinks are 10/10 even the alcohol free ones. Evening entertainment is very good. Coffee shop is wonderful with many options. Italian and the grill are our favourite a la carte options. "Soweit alles ok. Sie sind halt sehr unflexibel bei der Vergabe der Bungalows. Es sollte doch wohl möglich sein einen 10 Monate im Voraus angefragten Bungalow zu bekommen."

"Das Zimmer war super groß und man hatte genug Platz für die Koffer. Auch das Bett war riesig. Es gab einen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Zimmer war zur Straße raus, wenn man die Balkontür geschlossen hat, hat von draußen nichts mehr mitbekommen. Lichtdichte Vorhänge gab es ebenfalls. Badezimmer mit Fenster. Der Safe war inklusive.
