"Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation."

"The patio was dirty and was never cleaned in the 9 days we were there. Room service was sporadic and not consistent. We returned used robes and never received replacements. We did not see tea cups after the first three days. There is no room food service. Only breakfast. The hotel room offered free coffee and tea but no free water to use with it, except for one complimentary bottle when you first arrive. A/C was hard to control."

"The The location is great and view from the rooftop is exceptional. The rooftop offers a 360 degree view spanning from the Alps to the Mediterranean Sea. The staff unfortunately was not up to par. Marriott offers members the ability to extend their stay which presumably is to be exercised before check out time. We were informed well after cheque out time that our room would not be available until after 4 as the current guest extended their stay. Staff did not offer another room until we...

"This is boutique chic hotel in the area close to everything. The staff is so amazing. Will help with anything you need. Thank you, Sebastian for being our host for the short time we stayed couldn’t have made our Nice trip pleasant! Rooms are spacious if you need a three person stay very clean very accommodating. "We paid almost 1000 USD for a room but were very disappointed in the quality of the room. It was a very basic room (like a 3 star hotel). The bathroom was old and the tiles had mold & mildew. The room was poorly furnished and we were shocked that they cherished 1000$ for it. We could have stayed at luxury hotels in Nice for the same price (we checked the rates). Do NOT recommend staying here."
