"I waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone attended. I got to my room and took a shower. The shower drain was blocked causing the water to run out of the shower, into the bathroom and on to the bedroom. It was a mess. I had to use the towels to dam the water flow. Then my door wouldn’t lock. When I closed the door it could be opened by pushing g the door. I requested a room change but the desk clerk was reluctant to so to do. "The rooms were ok pretty clean but for being so new already had grout missing in the tile. If you are staying for a rugby match 10/10 on location. If there for the city and you do not have a car it is not an ideal location. Luckily we had a rental car so it was perfect for us."

"I think this is a refurbished hostel. I could be wrong but it gives me hostel type of vibes. Just walking up the steps squeaking hostel hostel. However the room was quite clean. Staff was welcoming. What's up with the heating? That nor the AC didn't seem to work. Where is the sound proofing? Honestly, the location is awesome, like very awesome but that alone should not drive the price."
