"We had a wonderful stay! The property itself is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. The location is perfect—it’s an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg and all the main attractions, which saved us a lot of hassle with parking. What really made the difference, though, was the staff; everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!"

"Stayed several times over the years. Property is beginning to show signs of wear. Overall, nice property but the FF&E could use replacing. Stayed in suite, but tables and other surfaces scratched or chipped. Paid $18.00 per night to park on top of room rate of $259 ( Expedia). Great view from the 15th floor and extra room was nice. Will probably look around at other options next time. "

"The staff were very nice and welcoming. Even the house keepers were so sweet and friendly to our family. Our rooms were very clean and the atmosphere of the hotel was very peaceful. Thank you for a great experience. "

"Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable for us. There is parking in the property but fyi, you will be charged $15 per night, not sure that was clear in the desperation of the hotel. We walked to a lot of places in Gatlinburg from the hotel so it is in a convenient location."

"I have stayed here a number of times with my daughter and it is perfect for us. Short walk to downtown Gatlinburg (although there are a lot of steps on the way back!) and far enough for a wonderful view of the Mountain scenery. I recommend it highly. "
