"Upon arrival, we waited outside after calling the number, then the person brought in the other couple that was there and told us we were staying at a different property(??). It was a bit strange but the guy said it was better then the actual property we were suppsed to stay at. Ended up being closer to the train station, which was good for us. The bed sheets and towels was clean but the pillow in the closer had a dirty pillowcase. The kitchen was nice but had cockroaches in it. Anyway this is...

When we arrived, the receptionist said all rooms were booked out and was going to send us to another building - even though we made our reservation weeks in advance. They were rude and dismissive. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was an awful way to start our trip. We ended up staying at Hotel Casa W instead and that’s a true reflection of Italian...

"Room was clean. Bathroom needs some updating, but was accommodating. Room was comfy and air conditioned. Tv came with lots of apps: Netflix, Hulu, Crunchyroll, etc. The bus to Venice was very close and easy to navigate. Make sure to contact the host via WhatsApp!"
