"It was a terrible stay. Pros: near train station and free breakfast. That’s for the 2 stars. Con’s: Not a hotel more a hostel. Elevator broken. No AC. There’s a ceiling fan, old and loud. Area is loud since it’s near train station and there’s pizza restaurant downstairs. So it was loud until midnight. I will not recommend it unless you are looking for a cheaper stay from one night near the train station."

"We were very pleased with our overnight stay here. It was just one night so we chose a family room for the four of us, including our two young adult children. The room was exactly as pictured except even more comfortable than expected! The balcony wrapped around two sides with stunning views. We enjoyed the convenience of the little beer garden restaurant right next-door. It was very convenient to get to Bertchesgaten for our morning tour."

"Extremely hot during visit and hotel has no air con. Therefore difficult to sleep as did not cool down at all. The hotel is on a main road just off the motorway. It’s 20km from berchtesgaden and the Eagles Nest. It has no real amenities close by except supermarkets and a gas station. We ate in Berchtesgaden as it had life and better option. The hotel is ok for an overnight stay."

"Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. And I have provided my bank account details for refund on 11th April. But they never responded. Today is 21st April already. I have contacted hotels.com and they said...
