"The staff was very adept and very courteous. The Airport shuttle was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and the driver was eager to assist with luggage as well as providing guidance for those not familiar. My journey began in St. Louis and I drove 2800 miles in 4 days. The respect and kindness shown by the staff was something that I had not experienced anywhere else during this trip across the country, and to be honest I wasn't expecting much once I arrived. They were accomodating, pleasant, and genuine...which are all qualities which sweem to be in short supply these days. "

"The room I got was large and very comfortable. Once your inside it is peaceful and quiet. The complimentary early breakfast was high quality and their large bar room is nice. But you must go out to the many restaurants in the neighborhood to find high-style dining. "
