"Best western fiumicino airport the section we stayed in was terrible , smelled bad , room was terrible shower door was broken washroom was small you sit on the toilette and you hit your head on the sink, the elevator was like a death trap and the security doors were not secure at all we jus pulled the sliding doors open I was very disappointed but the staff was really good and it looks like the new part of the hotel looks good. "

"Great airport hotel, and hotel front desk staff member was friendly even helped with the shuttle to the airport which came 20 mins earlier than expected and that was awesome. It was clean however, the place looked a little bit run down, and didn't have any coffee or tea provided in the room. 4 stars!"

"Staff were very helpful. Good communication via WhatsApp before our trip. Room was clean and adequate, bathroom has no counter space. All rooms are upstairs. When we arrived the desk manager was able to take our luggage up on the chair lift, but we left at 6:30 AM when the office wasn't open, so had to move suitcases down the stairs. There is a restaurant onsite, but it wasn't open, so we walked about 3 blocks and found some adequate pizza."

"Property was very nicely updated. Location was get few blocks to beach promenade, about 6 blocks to a large park and grocery store and lots of restaurants across the bridge about 2 blocks away. Lots of keys so make sure you try them before. We got locked out not really understanding and had to call the manager to help. "

"My husband and I stayed here two years ago when visiting Italy,so it was first on our list to book again. It is a wonderful property, easy to get to, lots of restaurant choices nearby and so close to Fumiciano airport. Especially when taking an early flight. Great property and wonderful hosts. "

"The hotel is amazingly convenient to the train station (literally a 4-5 min drag your suitcase there). The buffet breakfast was very good with a variety of food for all. We walked with our suitcases to the cruise port entry spot, Largo Della Pace, about 20 mins, which was totally easy. There is a cruise port shuttle for $20 euro per person. "We had two rooms and spent three nights here. I loved the location, the staff, the cleanliness and especially the secure parking. The breakfast was also great. The room sizes were inconsistent. One of our rooms was spacious with a large walkin shower. The other room was small and had a shower so small that it was difficult to get in. The bathroom door could not fully open unless you moved the nightstand. There were also a lot of stairs to climb unless you had a ground floor room. I would not...
