"The parking was good, well lit and off road. The place was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was good and hearty. There was no aircon but a good fan. The room was warm as it was cold outside. And it was value for money."

"I was surprised to find out that you had to pay £5per day for using there car park even if you were staying or visiting hotel also the room don’t have usb sockets in the room so make sure you bring a plug. I am a diabetic and needed to keep injection in a fridge over the weekend guess what? No fridge in the room, you only get two English tea bags in the room and enough milk in the room for two cups of tea the room, the second day we got more milk but no more tea bags, for the price you pay for...

"It was just a very old building. The staff were great and the bar and restaurant were also very clean. The bed was not very comfortable and the water did not get very hot in the shower. We did enjoy the stay for the week we were there. "

"Accessible room was perfect. I chose not to have breakfast so not able to comment on breakfast or bar area, because fir my visit I was visiting family and had lots of activities planned with them. (13-14 Feb) We stayed in Room 20 which was very small and had the constant, very loud noise of the kitchen extractor humming. "We all loved staying at the hotel, it was clean and great relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a suite and whilst it was lovely and big and clean a few things needed attention! Door handle on toilet door was half hanging off, toilet flush was loose and the jacuzzi bath plug never worked, so therefore the water kept emptying away. Balcony could have done with a clean too. The only other problem is the hotel does not really cater for people that are gluten free! Could not have sausages, Hash browns at...
