"We enjiyed a beautiful & secluded ocean view from our deck. The staff could not have been more accomodating. Everyone we met was super pleasanyt and helpful. We loved the extensive breakfast buffet!"

"The room was spotless, with a big bed and all amenities. Cleaning when requested was also excellent. The balcony was lovely, overlooking coconut trees, with space to dry clothes after a day at the beach. The real highlight of Choengmon Residence was the staff. They were friendly, thoughtful, and made the best pad thai on Koh Samui at the restaurant downstairs. The mango shakes and Thai tea were also delicious!"

"I gather my understanding of the description of what this unit actually is was incorrect. This is merely an apartment unit. It’s not a resort or hotel. It does not have any hotel amenities. There’s access to the beach, but there’s no beach beds. There’s no common pool. Or fitness facility. No restaurant on site. For the price we paid I expect a bit more. There free breakfast provided at the restaurant down the street was included, but it wasn’t up to our standards and we decided to eat...

We upgraded to one of the boat suites and it was amazing. Well worth it! The staff are also very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel. Book it! You won’t be disappointed. "

The upgraded pool suite lacked comfortable seating or lounge type chairs to actually enjoy your private area. Breakfast was ok but more choices would be better.
